1. How to Setup Your Store
Your store profile is the face of your brand. A complete profile builds trust instantly and helps you convert visitors into buyers. Here is how to get started:
Create an account
Visit pinglist.co and click on "Try for Free". Enter your email and create a secure password, or sign up with Google for faster access.

Claim your store name
This is the link you will share on your social media platforms. Keep it short, memorable, and aligned with your brand name (e.g., mighty-kente).

Fill in your details
These include your WhatsApp number (where you will receive orders), your full name, and your Instagram handle for verification.

Setup your store profile
This is the first thing your customers see when they click your link. Upload a clear logo or profile picture, add an eye-catching cover photo, and write a compelling bio that tells customers exactly what you sell.
Write a Bio that ranks on Google
Include your city and your main products in your bio. Instead of just "Welcome to my store", write something like: "The #1 sneaker boutique in Accra, Ghana. We sell authentic Jordans, Dunks, and Yeezys."

2. Adding Products to Your Store

Create a product
From your dashboard, click on the "Add Product" button at the top right corner. Provide a clear product image, a descriptive name, and a transparent price to stop the annoying "How much?" messages.

Using Variants (Sizes, Colors)
If you sell clothes or shoes in different sizes, or items in different colors, you do not need to add each size as a different product. That clutters your store!
Instead, check the "Has Variants?" box. This allows you to add options like "Size" (40, 41, 42) or "Color" (Red, Blue). Customers will be able to select their exact choice before ordering.
